Additionally, in a short duration, Konception has successfully launched its offices in Dubai, Los Angeles, London, and Hong Kong. Under Vaibhav’s excellent leadership, the company has secured leading international clients and continues to grow and develop holistically. He proudly adds, “Since our inception, we have been committed to delivering outstanding customer services and ensuring top-notch standards in

design and manufacturing for its domestic and overseas clients.” Vaibhav’s ultimate goal is to make Konception Designs a 100 Million USD company by the end of next year.

A Sneak Peek into the Professional Timeline

Vaibhav completed his B.Tech from The Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences. After that, he started working as a Shift Officer with Auro Weaving – Vardhman Group, Baddi. He was intrigued by the weaving industry and decided to learn the technical know-how of the business. To expand his knowledge and hone his skillset in garments, he joined Triburg, one of the leading buying offices in India at that time. He spent 4 years at Triburg and decided to take the next big step by going to China and exploring the Far East garment production base in Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. He spent more than a decade abroad, and all his experiences became lifelong lessons in shaping and aligning his journey at Konception.

Combining Vaibhav’s multi-disciplinary approach and his cross-cultural professional background has helped him secure his spot as a thought leader in the industry. Incorporating all these valuable learnings into his offerings, Vaibhav has impressed both his clients and employees.

The mission is simple yet loud and clear, “If it can’t be reduced, reused, repaired, rebuilt, refurbished, refinished, resold, recycled, or composted, then it should be restricted, redesigned or removed from production”.

 Konception is extremely particular about its sustainability philosophy and practices. It is well aware of the environment and has made a conscious effort towards preserving and conserving resources. Additionally, it also emphasizes and encourages its clients to be cognizant of sustainability and educates them about the same. Konception uses sustainable products and most of their basic materials are produced with organic cotton keeping in mind sustainability.
