Amanda Cosme-Reddie, The Multifaceted Executive™, is a catalyst who leads with authenticity and identity. As the Founder & CEO of TAKe Brand Consulting, she helps professionals and executives feel confident standing in their truth and rising with intention through strategic branding. With a career that spans corporate America, startups, and entrepreneurship, she bridges the gap between visibility and impact. Amanda isn’t just helping people build careers—she’s helping them build legacies.
Rooted in Purpose, Driven by Legacy
For Amanda, entrepreneurship is more than a career path—it’s a calling. Her first venture, TAKe Brand Consulting, launched over three years ago and is named after her daughters, Tiana and Khloe.
But the path hasn’t been without resistance. Early in her career, she was advised to “tone it down”—a familiar refrain for women of color navigating corporate spaces. Instead of conforming, Amanda leaned further into her authenticity.
That experience inspired her next chapter: the launch of The Multifaceted Executive™, a publishing platform and podcast that showcases stories and insights from executives of diverse backgrounds across industries. Through this venture, Amanda is lifting the veil on what today’s leadership truly looks like. Her platform disrupts outdated narratives and expands the scope of representation. Her leadership isn’t about hierarchy—it’s about humanity.
Amplifying Voices, Redefining Rejection
Amanda’s journey has been guided by coaches, mentors, and sponsors. But not every door opened easily. When a mentor once declined her ask, she didn’t retreat—she reframed. With time, she realized it was a “not now,” not a “no.”
“If it’s meant to be, it will happen at some point. Until then, I’m embracing all the times I had the courage to ask when I knew rejection was possible,” she says.
When Amanda realized she wasn’t receiving the executive sponsorship she needed to advance, she trusted her gut—it wasn’t her, it was “not this” company. That clarity fueled her decision to run two businesses and to help underrepresented leaders gain sponsorship, visibility, and legacy.
Her advice? “The next time you get rejected, ask yourself if it’s a ‘not now,’ ‘not this,’ or a true ‘no.’”
Clarity Over Chaos: Navigating With Intention
Amanda brought significant value to organizations throughout her corporate journey—but too often, her contributions went unseen. This lack of recognition was the catalyst behind TAKe Brand Consulting.
At TAKe, she helps professionals—especially underrepresented leaders—build intentional brands rooted in their values, achievements, and leadership potential. It’s more than branding; it’s a pathway to executive presence. Unlike traditional career coaching, Amanda fuses authenticity, strategy, and thought leadership so her clients lead with clarity and confidence.
With experience across telecommunications, tech, and leadership-driven ventures, Amanda masterfully aligns identity with professional aspirations.
From Dismissed to In Demand: Amanda’s Journey of Resilience and Rise
Amanda’s early career was marked by exclusion and judgment. She was denied access to events, criticized for her tattoos as “ghetto,” and even told she got a job offer by mistake.
Today, Amanda thrives in spaces that champion inclusiveness. She leads teams and runs two businesses while proudly wearing all seven of her tattoos. Her value is no longer questioned—it’s sought after. Hiring managers and industry leaders now come to her, recognizing the strength and substance behind her brand.
What’s changed? “I focused on emotional intelligence and ethical leadership. I stopped supporting systems that implied my race or gender were limitations. And I always pay it forward,” she says.
The Role of a Servant Leader
As a Co-Founder of Latinas in Tech – Arizona Chapter and former EVP of Operations for ALPFA Phoenix, Amanda brings her servant leadership into community impact. Most recently, at ALPFA Phoenix, she created the Sí-Suite Executive Sponsorship Program, a strategic initiative to elevate Latino leaders into the C-suite. Through development sessions, mentoring, and branding strategy, the program empowers high-potential executives to lead boldly and visibly. Amanda makes visibility, authenticity, and leadership equity the norm—not the exception. She thrives in high performance spaces, welcomes structure, rejects burnout by design, and sees rejection as redirection.”
“When I reinvest in myself, I’m sharper and more grounded. That’s good for everyone I lead.”
Personal Influence, Professional Impact
Amanda’s greatest inspiration comes from her family, particularly her daughters. Their strength and her lived experiences navigating bias drive her mission.
She journals her goals—dreams on paper that become strategic plans. One such journaling session led to renegotiating a misaligned partnership—from a position of power.
Vision-Led, Value-Aligned
To Amanda, success isn’t something you chase with desperation or fear of failure.
“If it doesn’t move the mission forward for me or my community—it’s a no,” she says.
Her goals are more than personal wins—they’re blueprints for others. She builds with purpose, not just for elevation but for transformation. Whether speaking on a stage or tucking her kids in at night, Amanda shows up real and unfiltered.
Her take on branding? It’s a strategic advantage for relationship-building, upskilling, and unlocking abundance.
“Your brand inspires action—because when you find yourself, you find purpose.”
Leadership Reimagined
Amanda envisions a world where no one needs to code-switch to belong—where identity is power. Her leadership builds trust, prioritizes psychological safety, and makes space for radical inclusion.
She adds, “Sometimes I ask for an invitation—because I want to grow with the people in that room. But if I’m not wanted at the table, I decide: do I move on or make it work? I tune out distractions to focus on my goals.”
Purpose Over Pressure: Leading with Impact and Intention
2025 kicked off with bold momentum. Amanda launched her second business, filed a trademark, secured a testimonial, and released The Multifaceted Executive™ Podcast—all in 90 days. Due to overwhelming demand, she recorded 10 episodes in under a month. Her first studio appearance was on the Empodérate Podcast hosted by Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc.
She delivered a standout workshop at the ALPFA Chapter Leadership Summit and a keynote at ALPFA Phoenix, earning a stellar 4.9/5 rating. She launched the Sí-Suite Executive Sponsorship Program and received a nomination for the Outstanding Latino Entrepreneur Award at the Premios Nosotros gala.
When asked how she manages the pressure, Amanda offers realism over romanticism:
“I don’t have time to do it all. But I do show up when it matters most—for the people and communities I serve.”
